Rates Include: |
Container drayage and
unloading, delivery to residence ground floor access with no more than 1
internal flight of stairs, placing of cartons, unpacking of furniture, set
up minor furniture and debris removal at time of delivery. Rates are lump
sum or per cubic foot in US$. Minimum $1500 / 20ft Groupage. $2700 / 40ft
Groupage. Deliveries are normally made Mon-Fri 9-5 normally within 14
working days of the shipments arrival at our warehouse after customs
clearance for groupage and within 7 days for FCL’s. Containers outside
the 50 mile radius of the port may be trans-shipped onto our own trucks
for final delivery. |

Rates Exclude: |
Customs Clearance (quoted as
a separate item on rates) for normal duty free household goods informal
clearance. THC which must be pre paid or will be billed back at cost plus
$30. rent, demurrage, USDA/FDA/US customs examination,
insurance, storage and warehouse handling. Also heavy lift items such as
pianos and safes. Formal customs entry, if required, is $180 plus tax and
duty. We do not accept any motorized vehicles in groupage containers.

Baggage: |
Cannot exceed
500lbs total and no more than 6 cu ft or 50 lbs per item. No furniture
allowed, strictly cartons, suitcases and trunks. No unpacking service on
baggage deliveries. |

Groupage Storage: |
After 7 days is $0.10 per cu
ft per week min $15 / week. Warehouse handling is $0.25 per cu ft min $30.

FCL Storage: |
After 7 days is per 20ft
$100 per week per 40ft $175 per week. Warehouse handling is $250.00 one
time per container. |

Documents: |
Informal Customs clearance
requires form US 3299, power of attorney, supplemental form, packing list
(with no PBO), ocean/airway bill of lading, and instruction letter with
complete name, address, phone number / email and billing instructions. A
fumigation letter confirming garden tools and outside equipment have been
fumigated at origin is often requested by the authorities. |

Additional charges: |
Apply for deliveries
involving elevators, long carries (over 75 feet from truck to residence
door) heavy lift items (pianos, safes pool tables, marble tops etc) and
flat pack furniture. Antiques and inherited shipments will incur
additional formal customs clearance charges and handling. Long Carries min
$125, Formal Customs Entry $180, Upright Pianos $150 Grand Pianos $500
Pool Tables, safes carried by 2 men $150 (All above rates are ground floor
entry and delivery) Shipments put on hold will be charged storage.
Any THC / NVOCC/ chassis
charges not pre paid will be invoiced back to you at cost plus $30
handling. |

Will be collected for $25 or
3% whichever is greater. |

PAYMENT TERMS: |
30 days for those agents
with prior approved credit. All others must pay in full before delivery
takes place. 5% discount is available for pre payment before vessel
arrival. |
